We appreciate your business and will process your order in as timely a fashion as possible. However we are a small business with a limited number of staff. Please allow up to fourteen days of processing time before order shipment. Order will be shipped via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service depending upon what is being shipped. We are sorry but right now we do not support rush shipments.

When e-mailing us please do so using the e-mail address associated with the Google Checkout account used to place the order and include your order number for reference. This will make it much easier for us to assist you.

We do our best to make sure that everything is packaged safely and correctly but we know that mistakes can happen and shipping isn't always gentle. If you get the wrong item, something is missing from the order or anything is broken please let us know immediately. With all returns, regardless of cause, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. In case of a return we will share the shipping costs. The buyer will pay to ship the incorrect or damaged item back to us. Once we have received the returned items the the replacement items will be shipped at our expense.
