Group Discount Information
We are happy to accommodate your group and reserve a scheduled tour time for you to come through and see us. A group reservation means that your tour will start almost immediately after admission has been paid and your group will receive a 15% discount off the price of admission.
To qualify for a group discount you will need to meet these basic criteria:

Your reservation must be made at least 2 weeks in advance

Your group must consist of 15 or more paid admissions
Children 5 and under are free, so do not count as paid admissions. -
You need to pay as a group to receive the group discount
15 separate transactions count as 15 individual people and will not receive a discount. So, if necessary please collect all the money before you arrive.
In order to make your reservation we will require the following information:

Both the date and the time that you plan to come though
ex. March 13 at 2:00 PM or August 27 at 10:00 AM -
The quantity and ages of those attending
ex. 20 people (18 paid admissions): 11 adults aged 12 through 61, 5 children aged 6 through 11, 2 seniors aged 62 and over, and 2 little ones aged 5 and under -
A group name, contact name(s), and phone number(s)
ex. Imaginary Charter School, Joe Smith (541) 555-2525, Tina Black (teacher) (541) 555-5252
Scheduled groups will also be expected to follow these guidelines:
We understand that plans change and that not everyone is going to be able make it through when originally planned. To that end you will need to call and confirm that your reservation is unchanged 3 days to a week before the reservation date. If at this point you need to shift the time, date or number of people in your group we will do our best to accommodate you.
On the day of your tour if anything happens to change your ETA please just call and let us know. We work our other daily tours around your reservation so if you are going to be late or early it is immensely helpful for us to know. While we will not cancel your reservation if you are running late, informing us of your ETA can prevent extra wait time. If you are late (or early) for your reservation and don’t call to let us know there may be over a twenty minute wait for your tour to start, depending on the size of your group.
